1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and sprays), we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item with photos and your order number.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued:

• For damaged or defective items.
• If the item was never delivered or lost in transit (after confirmation from the courier).

4. Refund Process

Once your claim is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
• It may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
